Once you contact our office, we will promptly get in touch with you to initially consult and
assess the particular needs of your case as well as to establish your eligibility. We will advice,
assist and guide you throughout the entire visa process to let you know what you should expect
at each stage and we will answer any specific questions you may have and we will provide you
with instructions on what documents and forms you will need. Our office prepares and
thoroughly reviews all applications and documentation, including all supplemental evidence,
like birth certificates, divorce decrees, pictures, affidavits, etc. to ensure they are filed with the
correct USCIS Service Center and in compliance with all USCIS requirements.
K-1 Fiancee Visa:
Our office prepares and verifies the entire 129 F/K1 package and forms, along with our cover letter and we file and mail it to the proper corresponding USCIS Service Center along with the
correct fees. We make sure your application complies with the main fiancee visa requiremenst.
We also put together all supplemental evidence and we prepare all affidavits, including the
affidavit of intent and witnesses affidavits. We assist you with preparing the affidavit of support,
along with its supporting documents. We also supply you with information about what
documents are needed at the consular process level before the interview and we also provide
preparation for the interview, including questions that are generally asked as well as the
medical requirements. In the case of accompanying children (K2 Visa), we check and verify

I-130 Petition for Alien Relative/Spouse (marriage visa):
Our office provides you with instructions on what documents are needed for your spousal visa petition and prepares and reviews all documents and forms, as well as supporting documents,
as well as information about the consular process (if not in the USA). You can select the I-130
only option,the I-130 along with adjustment of status, or the I-130 along with I-129F and/or
adjustment of status. (See pricing and fees section).
K-3 Visa:
If you have already filed an I-130, this office can also assist you with the preparation and filing of a I-129F for a K-3 Visa, including instructions and preparation and review of all
documentation. We also provide an option for the preparation of I-130 along with the I-129 F
(see Pricing and Fees section).
Adjustment of Status:
Generally, the adjustment of status is included in some of our service plans. However, if you have not retained our office in the past, we are also available to prepare your adjustment of
status application. The adjustment of status service includes the preparation of the application
and forms, alonq with the preparation of the affidavit of support and review of supporting
documents; preparation of work authorization application and information about how to obtain
a social security number.
